Chapter 01
Her Story
Zimbabwean-born, mother, wife, author, entrepreneur, and philanthropist — Stacey writes from the heart. She draws from her own experiences and what has helped her navigate today's fast paced world.

Meet Stacey Nchanji, a devoted mom and bonus mom, entrepreneur, and passionate advocate for millennial families. She lives in Texas with her husband, two daughters, and bonus son, where family, faith, culture, and community shape much of her everyday life. As a millennial herself, Stacey understands the pressure many modern families feel as they try to build strong homes while managing careers, relationships, parenting responsibilities, and personal growth. Over time, she has developed and tested practical ways to help others navigate the unique challenges and joys of merging lives and traditions, creating routines that work, and balancing it all with grace and intention.
She graduated with honors, earning a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration and an MBA from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi. Her education helped strengthen her leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, while her years in healthcare taught her how to serve people with compassion, patience, and professionalism. Professionally, Stacey spent 15 years in healthcare before the COVID-19 pandemic inspired her transition into project management and consulting. That shift allowed her to use her experience in operations, coordination, and relationship-building in new ways, helping teams and organizations create structure, improve processes, and move ideas forward with clarity.
Today, Stacey is a consultant, business owner, and founder of a nonprofit supporting orphans in Zimbabwe, where she is originally from, as well as the homeless in Houston, Texas where she lives. Her nonprofit work reflects her heart for service and her commitment to giving back to children and communities connected to her roots. She brings that same sense of purpose into her writing, drawing from her personal experiences as a wife, mother, bonus mom, immigrant, professional, and woman of faith. Through her work, she aims to empower millennial women to build loving, resilient households by offering guidance, support, and encouragement throughout their journey. Stacey hopes her words remind women that they are not alone, that blended families can thrive, and that with patience, communication, and love, families can create meaningful traditions of their own.
